During the production process of the printing and packaging factory, paper is important for the quality of the printed products. If the air is too dry, it will cause dry powder flying in the paper, indoor dust flying and other phenomena, thus affecting the overall quality of the printed products, causing economic losses and endangering human health.

At present, many printing and packaging plants eliminate static electricity by installing high-voltage micro mist humidifiers, effectively reducing the rate of product scrap. The strength of static electricity is closely related to the environmental humidity. Static electricity is more active at 30% relative humidity. The lower the humidity, the more active the static electricity is. It gradually weakens with the increase of humidity, and basically disappears under the environment of more than 50% humidity.
